NICU

Neonatal intensive care unit

On July 29, 2018, I participated in the Kyodai Support Leader Meeting hosted by Mr. Shibutane, and I was struck by various thoughts about the support of the Kyodai children of the family whose baby was hospitalized in the neonatal intensive care unit. ..
Some doctors say that it is for the baby rather than for the siblings to visit the baby, and even if you can understand the words from the doctor's point of view, go beyond that. I really wanted you to think about supporting children. Because it is practiced in foreign countries ... Therefore, I would like to summarize the information, including the English book that I will quote when I talk about "Siblings need information according to their age" in the lecture. (2018/7/30)
